OUR STORY
Welcome to The Family Farm
You can find us nestled in New Bloomfield, Missouri, a small rural town not too far from our state's capital. Here we have acres of pastures for our sweet livestock friends to grow, play, and prosper. There truly is nothing quite as beautiful as watching a Missouri sunset behind a happy little herd grazing.
ABOUT DAX MINI LIVESTOCK CO.
This all begins with Four Caves Farm: a small family farm that was originally focused on raising and breeding beef feeder cattle. As the years passed, the original kids of Four Caves Farm grew up and started adding family members of their own, including some precious little grandkids.

With the growth of the family, and the introduction of grandkids, Grandma and Grandpa Cave decided there needed to be a change of direction in their pastures. The farm's goal was no longer big beefy cows to eat; the goal had become smaller cows that the grandkids could run around with, play with, and love on. So, the original beef feeder cattle were moo-ved out, and replaced with a new herd of smaller, sweeter, and fluffier cattle. With a new herd and a new goal, it was time for a rebranding of sorts! To help with the change and take some of the load off of the shoulders of the farms founders, their son and his wife, created DAX Mini Livestock Co.!

Today DAX Mini Livestock Co. works in conjunction with Four Caves Farm on buying/selling, breeding, and socializing quality livestock, but has a stronger focus on supporting the farm in business functions such as marketing, social media, and administrative tasks.
